Cruna
Carimali expands its outdoor offering with the debut of the Cruna Collection, a proposal that moves beyond the traditional function of the outdoor shower to become a genuine design object. The project is born from the shared vision of architect Chiara Caberlon and designer Marco Forbicioni, and carries with it the studio's deep experience in the contract and hospitality sectors.
The concept behind the collection is as poetic as it is structural: the name and the lines of the collection draw direct inspiration from the eye of a needle, a slender, elegant form through which not a simple thread passes, but the experience itself of those who live it.
"We imagined a product able to blend harmoniously with its surroundings, with essential, refined lines, perfect for enhancing the common areas of a hotel. Not just a shower, but a true furnishing element."
In this scenario, water takes centre stage: specially engineered nozzles recreate an enveloping rain effect, turning the everyday act of showering into a moment of total relaxation, where comfort and technology merge seamlessly.
The same attention to wellbeing guides the choice of materials. The column is made entirely of AISI 316L stainless steel with a brushed finish, a choice that combines contemporary aesthetics with superior resistance to weather and temperature extremes, ensuring lasting beauty over time.
Versatility is the collection's second pillar, available in three configurations designed to adapt to every project need: the wall-mounted version, for discreet architectural integration; the freestanding version, for maximum placement freedom; and the freestanding version with a wooden platform, where the material warmth of wood (chosen for its durability and contemporary appeal) engages in dialogue with the rigour of steel.
